Pulley measures 8.60" from belt surface to belt surface and will provide approximately 3 pounds of additional boost over the stock boost level.
All LFP crank pulley rings are CNC precision-machined and black-anodized for long-lasting surface protection.
This larger pulley ring requires the use of our 50mm idler above the crank pulley (PN: LFP50MM), and will use a 68.0" supercharger belt.
2009-2015 LSA Applications, 2016 & Newer LT4 Applications with Innovators West Balancer
These are the individual crank pulley rings used with our Interchangeable Crank Pulley Kit for the GM LSA and LT4 engine. If you have our kit installed on your car, you can buy the rings separately for a quick and easy change to the boost level.
These crank pulley rings are precision-machined from billet aluminum on our CNC lathe ensuring exact dimensions, no runout, and the proper groove shape for maximum belt engagement. Each ring is black anodized for long-lasting good looks and to provide optimum surface for the ribbed side of the belt. The ring dimensions shown are effective diameters, as measured from belt-surface to belt-surface. These measurements do not include the flanges at edge of pulley.
In LT4 (CTS-V and ZL1) applications, pulley rings as large as 10.0" can be used without changing or relocating idler pulleys on the blower drive. For LSA applications, no idler pulley changes are necessary when using the 8.60" & 9.10" pulley rings. When using a 9.55” or larger ring in an LSA application, the crank idler pulley must be re-positioned for clearance. We manufacture a billet pulley mounting bracket which installs as a direct replacement for the original bracket but optimizes the position of both the crank idler pulley and supercharger idler pulley. This bracket can be used with the OEM idlers or our billet supercharger idler pulley, which offers a durability, functional, and cosmetic upgrade. The supercharger idler pulley is also available from LFP
Note: The original crank pulley in LSA & LT4 applications is approximately 8.0" in diameter. A pulley ring in this size is not available to fit the Innovators West balancer assembly, as this size pulley ring will not clear the case of the balancer.
The 8.60", 9.10", 9.55" and 10.0" pulley rings can be used on the 2016 & later LT4 applications using the appropriate Innovators West balancer, PN 8410. In select LT4 ZL1 applications, rings sized 9.55" and larger may interfere with the front sway bar.
