Replace your old, rotten and deteriorating tank seal that is located between your 1999-2004 Lightning/02-03 Harley fuel pump and fuel tank.  Prevent fuel contamination. Manufactured from durable, submersible fuel rubber. This Ford quality seal effectively eliminates debris from entering the fuel tank while providing a buffer between the fuel pump and tank.
