Our compact dual fuel pump solution for the 1999-2004 Ford Lightning. Can accept two 39mm pumps, or one 39/50mm and one 39mm frame fuel pump.

The module is constructed from CNC machined aluminum, anodized black. All bare hardware is stainless steel and brass, and all o-rings are Viton. The wires pass through the flange using our proven hermetic seal. The pump outlets are sealed using our Viton sealed cartridges using internal stainless snap rings. (no internal fuel hose or clamps)

Our FC3 will operate one pump full time to keep fuel heat and noise levels down, and the remaining pump will activate under a trigger signal from your boost controller, aftermarket engine management system, or a pressure switch. Alternatively, you can run both pumps full time. Ideally, we suggest running a more reliable, cooler running low performance pump full time, then running high performance pumps in the secondary positions. 

  • Supports 800 rear wheel horsepower (call for more detail on your application)
  • Requires some infrastructure upgrades, such as aftermarket fuel lines, upgraded filtration, and external fuel pressure regulator (see our complete systems)
  • Retains OE level sender
  • O-ring pump seals eliminate in-tank fuel hose to completely eliminate failures
  • Hermetic wire seal completely eliminates the possibility of fuel smells and leaks
  • Two pairs of 12 gauge power wires ensure maximum pump performance

SPECIFICATIONS
  • Feed port: -10 o-ring (7/8-14 threads)
  • Return port: -8 o-ring (3/4-16 threads)
  • Fuel compatibility: gasoline, race gas, methanol (limited by fuel pump)
  • Pump power/ground: 12 AWG
